Allison loves to sit in her bouncer and stare at her friends. She has plastic friends like animals that bounce when she does.

She's about 13 pounds now, and incredibly cute. Tonight she had a first date with Benjamin David Firestine, whom she did not meet at eHarmony.com. Benjamin is the firstborn of Dave & Kasey Firestine, good friends of ours from Akron. Benjamin was born last night (9/9/04), so Allie seems to be attracted to younger men.

Then again, her Dad won't really let her date till she's at least 25. Young boys like Benjamin can start making good impressions early, though, according to Allie.

She is sleeping 9-10 hours a night, trying to talk more, and smiling when we give her a bath or change her diaper. It is fun to read to her, and Dad likes to sing the national anthem to celebrate Allie's patriotic spirit.
