Those who know me well... know that I don't like Michigan. I do love my relatives that live in Michigan. I really like former Ohio State quarterback Craig Krenzel, from the same state. I also had a great experience and made many friends in Bridgman at Woodland Shores Baptist Church back in '96-'97. Other than that, I thought I really had no reason to like that state up north.
Well, this picture is from the Detroit airport - a VERY cool hallway that changed colors and made futuristic, soft toned noises as you walk down the way. Sometimes I rode those "people-movers" (things like escalators without stairs - what are they called?)... Anyhow, the Detroit airport had some cool effects. The Nachos, however, were terrible (not a surprise).
Oh, and I guess I like one more thing about Michigan (besides the best bookstore in the world in Grand Rapids)... Mars Hill.
